All our cigars are stored in a room under steady conditions: a temperature of 70°F and a 70 percent relative humidity.
We carefully pack the cigars to protect them during transit that should not last more than 5 days. All the cigars we ship will arrive in perfect condition.

You change your mind: ship the package back to us. You will have to pay for the shipping, unless you do not open the package (USPS shipment only). If our order was 'Free Shipping", you will be refunded minus the actual total shipping cost.
